Hannah Mumbi (WAPRISCA) was born in Nyanjogu village, Kamburu location kiambu county in Kenya on December 02, 1979.She was a daughter to Mr John Karau Gicinu and Veronicah Njeri Karanu.She was a great companion and caring wife to Charles Ndungu Mbutha and loving mother to Priscah mukuhi and Joy Njeri.Daugther in law to Mr.John Mbutha and Jacinta mukuhi of Karigi village.Hannah was a humble lady loved by many.She was a Primary school teacher by profession and taught in several primary such as Tenderfoot,alfa group of school,green valley international school among others.
She developed some complications after birth of our daughter joy on 10th August 2011.Her condition worsened on 15th August 2011.she went on a comma and was pronounce dead on 17th August 2011 seven days after birth of Joy due to High blood pressure. She is much loved and will always be remembered by all who knew her, friends and family.We loved you dear but God found you worth to join His glory at such tender age .May God rest your soul in eternal Peace.Amen

No farewell words were spoken,
No time to say goodbye,
You were gone before we knew it,
And only God can tell us why.
We can't have old days back
When we were all together.
But secret tears and loving thoughts
Will be with us forever
We miss you now, our hearts are sore,
As time goes by we miss you more,
Your loving smile, your gentle face,
No one can fill your vacant place.

Maybe today the hurt will wain
The summer days are so long
The pain is still strong
Our daughters Priscah and joy are growing so brave
However they struggles with thought of you in the grave
I work hard at being a good dad
It will never replace the love you had
You did so much for me dear
I hate to ask but Can you help us with our tears
The memories and pain is unbearable today
I pray tomorrow will not be this way
Those we love we never lose,
For always they will be,
Loved, remembered, treasured,
